By using the Aura app and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Aura provides RSS subscription and reading, account and data sync, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account and password secure. You agree to comply with applicable laws and not use the service for illegal, infringing, or abusive purposes, including misuse of APIs or scraping that affects stability or security.
The Aura app and related technology and brand are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party content (articles, podcasts, etc.) accessed through the service is owned by its authors or sources; you may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.
We may revise these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate your access when reasonably necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our location.
Auto-renewable subscriptions are provided via the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple; please contact Apple Support to request a refund.
