SQLite has launched an AGENTS.md file to clarify the submission process for agents, emphasizing that pull requests require prior agreement and legal paperwork. The guidelines also specify that while agentic code is not accepted, agentic bug reports with test cases are welcome, addressing the rise in AI-generated reports by establishing a new SQLite Bug Forum.
